Lovely & incredibly beautiful hotel, magnificent location in the middle of the city, affable staff. Location short walk to shops / bars / restaurants, people and Avoriaz watch and ski lift. Nearby La Poya - great place to chill out.

The pool was colder than the slopes, and how lovely that they put the sauna on a separate floor! The breakfast, if you can call it that, was a travesty. How could anyone expect just a few warm options to appease discerning guests? I almost left a good review, but the incompetence of it all just couldn't allow it.

great stay with minor room issues
The staff were cute. The double room was clean with a fantastic city view that added charm to our mornings. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the on-site restaurant prepared mouth-watering meals.
The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation.

comfortable stay with some room for improvement
The staff created an warm atmosphere. The double room was impressively clean and came with a lovely balcony offering a beautiful mountain view. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, where the quality of food was high and the selection was quite satisfying.
The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, inconvenient for staying connected.

missingWrote a review on 26 Marski lockersmodern designcozy atmospheresofa bed
The heated ski lockers provided quick access to gear. The layout of the room designs is modern, and the decor creates a cozy atmosphere.
The sofa bed in the Beautiful Suite is a nightmare for taller guests. It lacks comfort and makes a good rest impossible. The window issues in the living area being condemned resulted in stifling heat with no airflow, causing discomfort at night. The wellness facilities didn't impress-specifically, the sauna and pool being on separate levels creates hassle, while the pool temperature felt more like a cold shower. Breakfast also fell flat. The variety was limited, and scrambled eggs served cold is a definite miss.

We had an awesome 3-night stay! The staff were super chill and. The bar was a cozy spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. One tiny issue was the Wi-Fi, a bit spotty sometimes. Great vibes and a fun family trip!

missingWrote a review on 12 Febdelicious breakfastcute pool with viewlimited tv channels
I had a lovely 5-night stay in a Double Room with Balcony. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the delicious choices available each morning. I also enjoyed the cute pool with a fine view. The room had issues with the TV, and it would have been great to have more channels or a way to stream content. Despite this, I would definitely choose this place again!
